It’s time to go back to basics, folks.  I have had a helluva week at my regular job and I’m too tired and uninspired to come up with a cocktail that blows your mind this go-round.  But I’m hoping you understand, since I have been super Martha Stewart-ish lately, what with my homemade sweet and sour mix and homemade horchata.  I figure since I bestowed those gifts upon you recently, you would be okay with something super easy with just three ingredients.  The best part is- it’s delish!

 

Here’s the recipe for the
Cranberry Peach Blossom

 

1-2 oz peach rum (you can use peach vodka instead if you prefer)

3 oz cranberry juice

Prosecco or your favorite champagne

 

Pour the first two ingredients into a glass filled with ice, then top with about 3 oz of champagne, and garnish with an orange or peach slice.  Now kick your feet up and relax, you’ve earned it (I know I have!)
